Jack Gullahorn

A graduate of Trinity University and the University of Texas School of Law, Jack Gullahorn has been involved in public law and policy development for both the public and private sectors his entire legal career. His areas of professional activity have increasingly focused on the application of and compliance with Texas governmental ethics and campaign laws, and the process of the creation and implementation of public policy initiatives and campaigns.

 He founded and served for 15 years as President and General Counsel of the Professional Advocacy Association of Texas (PAAT), a professional association for registered lobbyists in Texas; is a founding Board member of the State Bar of Texas Legislative and Campaign Law Section; and is recognized in the Texas Monthly“Texas Super Lawyers” edition.
