The ideal candidate will be self-directed, detail-oriented, and thoughtful about new, smart ways of doing things. The Austin office of a well-known Texas law firm is seeking a Communications Assistant to work 15 to 20 hours per week. The Assistant will help execute lobbying strategies, public affairs programs, outreach, communications, campaigns and other projects. This person will assist lawyers, other professionals and Marketing Director with outreach, development, research, writing, communications, client relations and other projects. At least a Bachelor’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in progress is required. Candidates for or holders of advanced degrees (Masters equivalent or higher) are encouraged to apply.
